eFixMate refund eligibility and process.

Eligible refunds

Refunds may apply when a booked service could not be completed due to platform or technician fault, or when charged incorrectly.

Process

Contact support within 7 days of the service date with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable cases

Completed services, no-shows without notice, or issues outside the scope of the booked service may not qualify.
